Liv Tyler was born as Liv Rundgren on July 1, 1977, at Mount Sinai Hospital in East Harlem, New York. She is a daughter of Bebe Buell, a model, singer, and former Playboy Playmate(Miss November 1974) and Steven Tyler, Aerosmith lead singer. Her name was named after Norwegian actress Liv Ulmann. Moreover, Tyler has three half-siblings from her parent’s marriage, Mia Tyler (Born 1978), Chelsea Anna Tallarico (born 1989), and Taj Monroe Tallarico (born 1991).

Liv,  unaware that her father was  Steven Tyler before 1988. As a fact, her mother lived with Todd Rundgren, a rock musician during her pregnancy period and claimed Todd as her biological father.

Later, in 1988, Liv met Steven, doubt that if he is her father and asked truth to her mother.  Later, after knowing that she is the daughter of Steven, Liv changed her surname Tyler from Rundgren.
